Description

Faculty application season is in full swing. To maximize your chances of getting a faculty job offer, you will need to engage faculty members in several ways, including to get information about the position to prepare for the application or interview, to receive feedback on your job talk or chalk talk, and to request support for your application. In this session, you will learn how to define your goals before engaging faculty members, decide what language to use when approaching them, and find the faculty members that can best help you for your specific goals.
